Rules and Guidelines

• 1. All entries must be original content made by the submitter.
• 2. Video must not contain any images/footage of dojin/hentai/porn or any adult related content.
• 3. Entries are not allowed to contain footage taken from another video without the consent of the videos original creator.
• 4. Inappropriate material is not allowed! This includes Footage, Sound Effects, Music, Voices or anything else not suitable for viewers of all ages.
• 5. All videos must be downloadable and a link must be provided along with the video info.
• 6. Entries must be Rockman related to be added to the site.
• 7. All videos must be submitted in a viewable format. This includes:
  • AVI
  • Windows Media
  • DivX
  • XviD
  • MPEG-1
  • MPEG-2
• 8. Videos will be checked to make sure all rules were followed before entering the contest.
