About the voting in the RAMV of the Month

Why not make it a poll that you put up the week before the end of the month so people can go and vote? that way we dont get people joining last second and not be able to get votes because everyone else voted already?

Where would the voting poll go? And are you suggesting that we close off all entries for the AMV of the Month contest so we give the voters enough time to pick which one they like the most without having a late comer attend the contest and get no votes?
