Did you try redownloading it? Maybe something got "corrupted" as you downloaded the video. Try redownloading.

Redownload the file. I just downloaded and extracted the video file from the zip. I Then opened the file in both Windows Media Player And Windows Movie Maker and it worked it both programs.
