To follow up the success of virtual console titles Mega Man and Mega Man II, Nintendo has added Mega Man III to the Nintendo Wii's Shop Channel. For those that might need a reminder. Mega Man III was the first in the classic series where we were introduced to a certain scarf wearing robot which has a coolness factor of over 9000!. Mega Man III can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel for only 500 Wii Points ($5 USD).

You mean Protoman right X? But isn't he introduced in MM II instead? I mean why were we able to play as him then?

Yes, I am talking about Protoman, and no, Protoman wasn't playable in Mega Man II.
