i've downloaded many programs and they can't do it! every time i click "capture" it gets the video img but then i continue to watch the video and the img i saved has changed into the scence i'm now seeing!
plz help

Ummm.... this may make you feel stupid but.... Windows Movie Maker does an awsome job at taking screenshots off videos.. o.O XD
