Youtube upload help?

I not sure where to put this..topic...so ..sorry If wrong Forum >_<
I'm kinda having problems with youtube lately....While I upload my Just Stop....on youtube..something weird happens...No percentage but loading only for an hour or more...As show below:
It's been three days already and I can't upload on youtube...
This is the only file I can't upload
..I tried uploading No Reason but it worked...I checked that theres no problem with the file size due to it being below 100mb.I tried different formats of videos...like wmv or divx or xvid...but still nothing helped I tried customer support but all they say nothing..but read the FAQs..but they are pretty useless to my situation...
Could anyone care to help me ?
