It would be an entertaining story to read, and Zero would bow down to Haruhi and become her slave. And a sixth member to the SOS Brigade would be added, and she would sic him on people to extort stuff like the computer club's best computer instead of using Mikuru as a weapon.

Zero: Yes, Master Suzumiya.
*Zero cuts down the door to the Computer Research Club, and beats them all until he gets a computer*
and Kyon in his little whiner mind would say "You can't do that!" because he whines about everything always.

What if Axl, Zero, and X all killed another Sigma robot and made Metal Burgers out of his body parts?
