Well, he wouldn't be able to learn any new tricks. It would probably just be "take over the world with killer robots, kill Rockman, take over the world with killer robots," over and over again.

Um, guys, Wily is a dog. The grodulous hair and the mange should have been dead giveaways.

Okay, I can set us right.

If Naruto ever existed, there would be a loud, irritating, colorblind ninja going around until he was either mugged somewhere in the city, or jailed for disturbing the peace and trying to kill pedestrians. And kids would realize that he was not as cool as he seemed in the Manga/Anime.

Naruto is not my favorite person from that Anime

What if Rockman went insane and started slaughtering people just cause he felt like it?
