Help with editing a site

So there is this site with a collection of funny youtube videos, but it's kinda difficult to organize them.

I wanna:
- Sort them by my own rating
- Sort them by added date, so the new video links are on top
- Maby have an option where people rate them, instead of me.
- Easy tracking down broken links/ removed videos

The plan is to make a system on the site, which makes it easy to sort, edit and add video links from youtube.

Of course there are a lot of smart people on this forum. Perhaps there is someone who can help me with this?

It sounds like what you want is a script that stores information in a mysql database where you can sort by "Newest Addition", "Rating", "Name" etc... Maybe have it to where each video has a small thumbnail with information about it next to it and when you click on the thumbnail, the script takes you to a separate page where the video is displayed.

Of course while I can understand the basics of what you "MIGHT" need for this project. I have absolutely no idea how to create such a system form scratch.
