My Xmas gift, a computer crash...

First Matt now me. Why now! Why not in a week.... I only wanted to install a new mouse, which didn't work obviously and now my comp crashed >.<

No matter what I do, it keeps re-booting. Rigt after it did it's 100% system check thing it start's all over again. The only hint I get is a blue screen of death saying the code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I used the safety boot and Windows CD but neither worked. It can be fixed though by using the system restore CD, but I'll lose my files.

So here's my cry for and a notice that i'll be hopefully online again before 2008...

Oh, that happened to another of my brothers.He ran a BIOS or something and that left him enough time to take all of the stuff he cared about and bought a new computer.
