Doukutsu Monogatari (or cavestory)

I was wondering if any of ya'll have played it...
it's an adventure type game with lots of shooting (it's not an RPG like final fantasy or a shooter like Doom) made by studio pixel and translated by Aeon Genesis, I think. Oh yeah and it's freeware :D

you can get the deluxe package there, which has the game already translated (you don't have to run the patch) the artwork, the icons, the soundtrack, and some more goodies
Xmagic showed the game to me last year when he visited from college and I was like... o.O "it's so COOL!" since I mean there are 2-3 different endings depending on how you play, and you're like robot rambo with all the weapons you get. And it has jetpacks... who doesn't like jetpacks?
the gameplay reminds me of megaman except most o' the areas aren't one-way like in megaman
