I would probably suggest you go with the Manga since it is longer (the anime has like 26 episodes I think) and it goes into much more detail and has and shows a lot more going on...
basically the Manga is much longer and has a lot more is what I'm saying but the anime is pretty good too XD.

Its easy actually....BOTH!
Since its always fun to compare the manga with the anime. In case of Naruto/BLEACH it might make you like the anime less, but thats a risk thats always around.
