I like it just one question.

why is it zoomed in? I mean why dose your video have a black box around it.

This is surely better than the version 1. The lip syncr is good but lip syncr is more than syncring the lip to the song, you must have a suitable character emotion. like 02:25, the Enzan one, the lip syncr is good but it doesn't suit Enzan's emotion at that time and also 01:10-Roll lip syncr isn't suit her imo. A good example of lip syncr like 01:14-01:16- Netto"come out and break me" i think it is perfect with the emotion and also the lip. Besides that, you should try to get rid of character talking scenes when you have lip syncr in your AMV but you are not going to lip syncr them. This is what Omega tell me because you might confuse the people. I made this making in my Habit Breaker and it almost spoils my AMV XD. Hope this comment helps you.
