WMM: Clip Creation Freezing?

Every once in a while, on the same 10 episodes, it freezes when I say "Create Clips" because its over 26 seconds, and it freezes, forcing me to cancel the clip creation. Another problem is that its kinda sluggish when starting the movie back up to see if I have it where its supposed to be. (I.E. it takes one second to start playing music, ruining it)

There's so many problems with WMM, someone should really type out a FAQ or a "How to use" or something XD

Now, when you say "Clip creation" that's when that little window pops up saying "Creating clips" and there's 2 progress bars going by right?

I never suffered that problem...hmm... how long are these episodes and what video format are they in?

The only thing I would suggest as of now, is to cancel the clip creation yourself and split the video up into clips yourself.

I've had some third party codec's do this to me. So try disabling some of them and see if it works.

I mean clip creation within the episode, after its been seperated into clips. Sometimes they're too large, and some episodes have clips that freeze when you try splitting them.

And as I said, I have that other problem of lagging sound which is getting longer and more annoying -.-*

The episodes are anywhere from 21:30 to 25:30.

I know. Lemme explain one more time.

I upload an episode into WMM.
Some clips are too big, so I create more clips from it.
Now, its freezing when I try to create clips, and the song starts back up from pause and stop a second or two late.
Finally, it just said it had 199999999 minutes left 'till saving, which is impossible. <.<;;

Hmm... sounds like the usually awkward things that WMM dose that even I can't explain. To put it simple, WMM isn't suppose to be this high quality program, and saying that its made by Microsoft explains why its acting like trash to many different people.

Well my PC is trash. BIG TRASH. Windows is so screwed up from my spare drive's crash right now that its no surprise Microsoft's giving me problems. Usually these problems are easily fixed... lemme try and convert this song from MP3 to WAV via Audacity. It didn't have anything wrong with the time or information, so it shouldn't be giving me problems, but...

WMM is evil... But I got it working when I put it's priority on high. [In the system control screen-thingy, ctrl+alt+del]
It gives the program more memory to work in which increased the time to make clips and converting to a video.

I tried to disable some plugins, but after I got errors and mixed up clips. It got fixed when I turned the plugins back on, but be carefull with it
