Now...when you say scenes don't remove....do you mean that they "flash" by real quick...for like a sec. or less. Or do you mean, a scene like 5 secs long, doesn't go away, even when you delete it off the timeline?
Because, if a "split-second" clip doesn't go away, that's a constant problem with WMM. You can easily rid of that scene by adding a fade in black/fade out black effect (white is also good). Or you can go back and delete another second of the clip you want before or after the clip you don't want there.
WMM has a tendency to show you a pic of the clip you want, when in reality, there still might be a clip from the previous scene still in there, even tho you don't want it there. If scenes, that are like 5 secs long, aren't removing...then idk what's happening...and i can't help you there...srry
