Sony Vegas 6.0:It's simple if there is only one clip, but...

I've asked this question in my AMV-Dark Friendship topic already, but it isn't clear enough, so i decided to ask again here.

im making lip syncr for this amv and i rendered the screenshots i need. all the screenshot needed for lip syncr are a character with his mouth opened, closed, and "half-opened"(lol my english). so you can see many tiny pieces of pics in my project screenshot.

does anyone know how to make the "talking"(lip syncring) character(Enzan) MOVING?? I know if i want to do this, i have to use pan/crop event. BUT pan/crop event is limited to 1 pic/clip only. but what i need is the whole animation moving to left, this means i need to edit the position of EVERY TINY PICS/CLIPS in pan/crop event. It takes forever to do that >_<

That's why i ask how could i join/combine those pics/clips into 1 clip,if i could do that, the whole thing becomes alot easier.



There is another way to do that, I try to render the lip syncr part into avi file first, to make those tiny pieces of clips/pics into one. But I import the lip syncr animation, the transparent part becomes black, there is no transparent setting in AVI file you know >_<

If i could change the black background to transparent, i could solve this problem too. But how?

So overall the questions are:
1. how to combine/join 2 or more clips into 1 clips without affect the transparency?
2. how to make the black background of a video clip to transparent?
3. Does anyone know there is other way to do this thing?

really I don´t see a better option than to use the pan/cropp in every scene, but why do you want the animation from beehind to move?, if you move it will have black lines at the sides, doesn´t it?

so for 1 and 2 I really don´t know, maybe you should PM some of the pros in AMV.org that do this kind of things to ask them, and I think that will answer the question 3 too lol
