An Act of Plagiarism

It was recently brought to my attention that somebody posted one of my AMVs on YouTube without my permission.

They even left the credits fully intact.

As you can see, this person has not included a disclaimer.

I have already flagged this person and reported him, but I feel that more discussion may be required.

... I should make a topic where people can report AMVs that have been posted or taken without the creators premission.

AMZ you gotta realize... as a amv maker, ppl are gonna do this sort of thing. My amv was downloaded from here and posted by someone else as well on youtube (My Rockman's Dream amv)

Also, I know how it can suck when some1 else takes credit for your amv, but despite that there's no disclaimer, he or she hasn't actually claimed the amv as their own. So, it's not as bad as you would think.

Also... was that song from Digimon Frontier? I remember hearing it from there.

Well I went back to check things out and thanks to you guys and your help, the person has taken down my AMV.

Due to the fact I only have one AMV worth watching that isn't even that great, mine haven't been stolen... yet... but I have seen one person post three of X's AMVs, two of Matt's, 1 of Omega's, and 1 of TriKun's. I reported him and he took them down though.
