lol, it doesn't have to be against a EX or SP version of a boss. You just have to deal a total of 300+ (At least 300) damage to one target by using a series of cards. Mega and Giga cards can't be used to create a B.Combo (Best Combo), only standard cards.
My best combo is 1020 Damage
Later after you beat the game, you can turn you B.Combo's into cards by paying 3000 Zenny. This card can only be used once (It will be deleted after you use it) and you can have only one of these cards in your folder.
Now because I know I'm going to be asked this. When you turn your B.Combo into card form its called a Legendary Card, Legend Card for short.
After you use it, your B.Combo does not go away / you don't lose your B.Combo. A Legend Card can only be used once and after its been used, you'll have to buy another Legend Card.
