well
1) i wanted to watch all rockman animes, and I watched EXE in tv (yeah, dubbed version by viz...), i am watching axess in youtube but it's only up to ep 13. I can't find stream, beast and beast+, i don't want bit torrent and everything i can find is that, and it seeds horribly, i waited like 3 days for some seed and nothing. i'm not asking for HQ, i just wanna see the anime
2) i watched 2 episodes of a anime called Comic Party and now i can't find the 11 episodes left.

help apreciated

You won't be finding any direct downloads of Rockman EXE easily.
Since they're licensed, it has become illegal to host them actually.
