Pokemon Game: Version "Amber" Sprite contest!

Well, My friend and I are planning on creating a pokemon game.
yeah, were going to make a complete new one because we have very little better to do with our lives.
Anyways
I am in charge of spriting, and my freind (with two years of computer science (AP)) is going to program it.
As most of you know, Pokemon games have 3 starters, grass, water, and fire.
well, i thought it would be fun (and my freind did too) ((aka we ran out of ideas)) for a grass starter pokemon, so when all else fails, we decided to make a contest....
The Contest
The point of this contest is to create a Grass evolution chain. they must have three forms.
Rules
*pokemon must be realistic looking
ex:Giant lizard of doom evolves into REALLY giant lizard of doom
*pokemon must be grass type. (you can mix elements if you want but base MUST be grass)
*pokemon must have three forms(basic,evolved, and 2 evolved. no more no less)
*pokemon must be compatible to any 3rd gen games(ruby,sapphire,emerald,fire red or leaf green)
*pokemon must be submitted with names.
*post finished set of pokemon on here. (please do not separately post all of your evolutions, if you must, edit your original post. thanks
)
*pokemon MUST BE YOUR WORK. (NO look rayquaza is my base!)
if pokemon IS NOT your work, then DO expect someone to find out and DO expect to be in trouble. so please don't steal others work!
ALSO this game will be played VIA emulator.
Discussion of emulators will result in consequences.
Judging
My freind and i will judge, and i might open up a poll if many are submitted.
Reward
well, first off, my freind and I are serious about this. so it chances are, will be done. heck, we got all summer. so the rewards are as follows
*your pokemon will be featured as the grass starter! (yey )
*choice to create flavor text for all three of your pokemon forms
*choice to create move set for pokemon(must be realistic. Sorry your level 8 cant learn hyper beam)
*possible advanced screening of the game?
*ALL REWARD-this goes to everyone- when we finish, I will post the game on here.

The fire starter is a dinosaur looking thing, that later becomes steel type.
The water starter is a wolf looking thing
