new info. i found out that it is in PAL so if you have a regular DVD player it won't play. but if you have a multiplayer format DVD player you can watch it. big bummer.

All current day DVD-players can handle both NTSC and PAL, so it shouldn't pose much of a problem.
Now there is the issue that it could be region 2
Region 2 is the region of PWN, since it has both Japan and Europe

You need BitTorrent to get to download their torrents. There are multiple .
I personally use Vuze/Azureus, but the one to use depends on personal preference and which program gives you most speed.
