Well trusted members system was made to keep people from coming to the forum and spamming it up while trying to get to 50 posts. And like you stated they could simply gain out trust and then stop posting. Which is why we will check for anyone doing that.

=.-" I'm not trying to make rules up to attack you DS.. trust me.. I don't like having to separate everyone into groups to make sure we don't get Youtube Leechers and Spammers on the forum. I'm just trying to make protect the forum from unwanted people (which we have been getting a lot of lately) T_T
