Zero Official Complete Works coming to the US!

Thats right, our affiliate has reported that the Rockman/Mega Man Zero Official Complete Works Art and Source book, is going to be released in English this year.

The Book is said to be released May 25th 2007 for only $34.99 USD, and is currently taking pre-orders.

This is the first source book in Rockman/Megaman history to be released in the English Language which has me wound if Capcom is going to release the other source books in english as well.

This also isn't the first time Capcom has surprised us with something like this.
If you remember back in October, Capcom released a english version of the Rockman ZX webpage.

So my question would be, is Capcom USA under new management? or has it decided to change the way it has been handling the Rockman / Megaman franchise?
