First of all, there are many ways you can counter a [ Life Aura + Sanctuary ] combo.
Life Aura can be destroyed by doing 200+ damage to it (in one hit). Or if your folder doesn't have anything that powerful in it, I would suggest that you use ether Fan, Northwind, or the Tenguman Megachip.
Fan, Northwind and Tenguman are all wind type chips which will blow away any type of aura your opponent has up.
When your opponent has both Life Aura and Sanctuary up. It can be difficult to beat him since now all your attacks are halved.
Meaning if you were to hit your opponent with a 240 damage chip, the damage would be reduced to 120 and your opponent's Life Aura would still be up.
So the best way to take care of a [ Life Aura + Sanctuary ] combo, is to use Life Sword which dose 400 damage.
So since Life Sword dose 400 damage, when you attack your opponent your attack with be reduced to 200 damage leaving enough attack damage to remove his/her Life Aura.
