Heres more info on the latest RnR game.
Story
The story takes place two months later after the first game. Subaru, Luna, Gonta, and Kizamaro travel to the nearby TK City for see a new-technology exhibition and show/movie. The exhibition features a new device, the Star Carrier, that allows one to materialize or digitialize solid objects (think of a capsule system). This allows humans to carry large objects like Skyboards, Wave Trippers, etc.
However, the exhibition is suddenly attacked by a mysterious man and an army of Denpa Viruses. And strangely enough, the man exhibits to fuse with a Denpa Seijin (Radio Wave Alien/Star-people).
Questions to be answered:
* Where are the Denpa Seijin from? Are they FM Seijin? AM Seijin? Man-made?
* Why was the the exhibition attacked?
Characters (good guys)
Hoshikawa Subaru/Shooting Star Rockman: Obviously returning. The hero of the series from Kodama Town. When merging with the AM Seijin, War-Rock, he becomes Ryuusei no Rockman (or Shooting Star Rockman as he's more popularly known as now). Previously, as Rockman, he had the ability to borrow the power of the AM Satellites (Pegasus Magic, Leo Kingdom, Dragon Sky) to activate the Star Force and become Ice Pegaus/Fire Leo/Green Dragon, but now that the AM satellites are helping Cepheus to rebuild the AM Planet, it seems Subaru cannot call on their power...
War Rock: More known as "Rock", he is Subaru's partner and friend. One of the few survivors of the AM Planet's destruction, he now resides on Earth and will give Subaru his power whenever needed. A fierce warrior with a strong sense of righteousness.
Shirogane Luna: Chairman of Subaru's homeroom class. She is one of Subaru's friends.
Ushijima Gonta: One of Luna's followers, this gruff bully returns as one of Subaru's friends.
Saishouin Kizamaro: One of Luna's followers, this bookworm returns as one of Subaru's friends.
Hibiki Misora/Harp Note: A student at a different school in Kodama Town, this young girl is also a singer and one of Subaru's first friends in the original game as well as the first addition to his Brother Band. She will assist in times of need by becoming Harp Note.
Harp: An FM Seijin who defected from the ranks in the previous game. With her power, her partner, Misora, is able to become the heroine known as Harp Note to assist Rockman.
Hoshikawa Akane: Subaru's mom. 'Nuff said...
Amachi Mamoru: Subaru's senpai and the current head of Amaken. He will help Subaru in any way he can in his adventures.

Orihime: He appears to be the main antagonist for now. A strange man cloaked in blue. Whether this appearance is him as a Denpa Ningen (Radio Wave human) or as a plain human is unknown. His objective is unknown but he seems to want to collect certain ooparts (out of place ARTifacts) and has his two minions, Phantom Black and Bly, at his service for this task.
Phantom Black: The man who attacks the technology exhibition in TK City. He works for Orihime and is one of Subaru's first encounters. His attacks include Phantom Claw, a long-reaching palm attack, and Stick Sword, an attack from his staff. Elemental attribute unknown.
Bly/Burai/Bry/who-gives-a-****: Another rival character who gathers ooparts for Orihime. Rather than work alongside Phantom Black or Denpa Viruses, this shady enemy prefers to be alone and first encounters Rockman in the middle of Kodama Town. It's possible that he resists swords from what we've seen so far. Elemental attribute unknown.
Other bosses
Yeti Blizzard: Aqua element. He holds information from an ancient civilization in the past.
Brachio Wave: Elemental attribute unknown but uses multiple elemental attacks. He holds information from prehistoric times.
Tribe On/Double Tribe/Tribe King
How it works: Like with Star Force, activate Tribe On by using an Oopart-related Card Force. To upgrade to Double Tribe, use the Brother Force of someone with a different version. To activate Tribe King, activate the Brother Force of someone playing a version different from the two you activated.
The Double Tribe form you achieve depends on the order in which you activated the Card Force. Using the shuriken card force to become Green Shinobi and then using a Berserk brother's Brother Force will result in Berserk Shinobi while using the double-handed sword card force to become Thunder Berserk and then using a Shinobi brother's Brother Force would result in Shinobi Berserk.
Like with Star Force, the forms add a program to your abilities, change your elemental attribute, change your charged shot, and you get a giga card for countering attacks, this time called as Kizuna Force Big-Bang.
-Fire Dinosaur (Fire):
Charged shot: Dino Cannon - Acts similar to a combination of Heat Shot and Spread Gun (but not necessarily Heat spread with its power and such). A burst of magma will fire down the row and certain panels adjacent and BEHIND the target will also be struck. Fire type.
Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Genocide Blazer - Similar to Fire Leo's Atomic Blazer...only it's a giant fire pillar instead of a laser. Rockman will fire off a a stream of fire to the side and sweep the entire field from his right to left. Fire type.

-Thunder Berserk (Elec)
Charged Shot: Thunder Slash - Rockman will raise his electric sword and a bolt of lightning will fire from it and strike a certain area and stun enemies for less than a second (similar to Ice Pegasus' crappy freezing). Elec-type.
Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Thunder Bolt Blade - Rockman will unleash three dream-sword like slashes on the enemy area with his electric sword, followed by a fourth strike that summons a huge thunderbolt, stunning and damaging all enemies hit by the attack. Elec-type.

-Green Shinobi (Wood)
Charged Shot: Shinobi Shuriken - Rockman will throw three fuuma shuriken ahead of him down a single column. All other details unknown. Wood + Wind(?) +Sword(?) type.
Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Fuumashippuujin (Wind Slicing Hurricane Formation) - Rockman will create two bunshin of himself and together, throw a massive barrage of fuuma shuriken at the enemy area. Wood + Wind(?) + Sword(?) type.

Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Enmarepuujin (Burning Spectacle Hurricane Formation) - Rockman will create bunshin of himself and together, throw a barrage of exploding magma shuriken at the enemy area. They also apparently turn the field into a "scorching hell" (which probably means it lives magma panels). Fire type.

Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Vanishing Blazer - Rockman will charge up power and fire a thin beam of fire and electricity off to the right side, sweeping the entire field towards the left. Fire & Elec dual-type.

Kizuna Force Big-Bang: Elemental Blade - Rockman will unleash three dream-sword like slashes on the enemy area with his electric sword, followed by a fourth strike that summons a huge elemental cyclone, stunning and damaging all enemies hit by the attack as well as removing barriers. Game mechanics
* The battle system will remain similar to the original. The buster, card force system, shield, and the Lock-On/Tuning/War-Rock Attack system are still in place.
* Area Steal may be returning
* Return of Ice/Kusa(grass)/Poison/Trap/Holy panels. Reintroduction of Magma panels. Possible return of Gravity and Zetsuen panels. New introduction of Attack panels, which add +10 to an attack when stood on.
* Battles that take place on Wave roads (Denpa) instead of inside network/cyberworlds/comp-spaces (dennou) will be shown on wave roads battlefields.
* Brother Band is returning with Brother Force being changed and favorites being cut from six to four.
* Auto-Brothers can be created in the beginning of the game. What they do is still unknown.
* NEW: Brother Force acts in a whole new way. Adding brothers will grant you "Kizuna Ryoku" (Kizuna Power) from a certain tribe depending on their version and it will grant you more power for your Kizuna Force Big Bangs. Using Brother Force will result in Double Tribe or normal Tribe On.
* Link Abilities are now called Ability Waves and can be customized depending on what you do in the game.
Other info
* The game will have WiFi again and will be introducing WiFi battling.
* Three versions of the game release on two packages ("Berserk x Shinobi" and "Berserk x Dinosaur"). All packages will include the Berserk Tribe version of the game. Whether Berserk Version will be on the same cartridge or have its own is unknown.
* There may be voice acting.
