We will not be Silet! or will we? O.o
Our Affiliates and have reported that 1UP.com's Jeremy Parish has reported in reply to , that Megaman ZX will not have a localized voiceover when it releases here in the states, instead they will have the anime cutscenes with subtitles added over the Original Japanese Voices perhaps not entirely, and is said that the voices in gameplay will be cut down to mere grunts.
This news is quite shocking to me since previous voice-acting was done by the Ocean Group which has done previous Megaman titles like, Megaman X Command Mission, Megaman X8, Maverick Hunter X and Megaman Powered Up which all they did quite well in,
and to find out that Capcom of America will be removing the VA's from the game...
well there is less then a month left till the release of Megaman ZX so theres still time for Capcom to add in the VA's into the game (If they indeed did removed them) but till the games comes out or we hear other wise its safe to say that the game may not be vocally localized (which makes me a sad panda)
well even if it dose not have a localized voiceover, that dose not take away from the fact the Rockman ZX is still a awesome game, the Gameplay and the Story everything...
so we lose the VA's..... so what!... the Original Megaman / Rockman games didn't have Voiceovers same with Megaman X 1 - 3... they didn't have Voiceovers but the games were still some of the best games out there.
so I add before I end this new announcement that even if Megaman ZX is released with out the Voiceovers that you should still buy this game, because the Voiceovers to me at least, are just a added bonus on top of the Gameplay, Story and Replay Value of the game.
Megaman ZX Release Date:
US - September 12, 2006

Edit: Megaman ZXs Voice-Acting will be just like that of the PSX Version of Megaman X6 (Japanese Voices with English Subtitles) so there will be VA's just not a local VO (VoiceOver)
