Maybe because the same studio made it and released it in the USA recently.

XEBEC is a smaller studio owned by ShoPro/Viz, it also made Beast and Beast+(the reason those were less well drawn then EXE - Stream).

But yeah, the licensing in the USA is prolly the reason.

Youtube had been banning RnRM episodes for a long time. Somewhere around 27 i thought, that's why there are almost none left.
