Announcement and Sticky placement.

I still see the Sticky and Announcement on top of the normal topics.

This is how I see things.

[ Subforums ]
- Global Announcement
- Announcement
- Sticky
- Topic

Thats how its suppose to be shown.

See how the announcements and whatnot are under the forums.

Yeah, its suppose to be like that. The Sub forums are on topic so that users are able to find the sub forums quick and easy. Then the normal forum starts. If I has the sub forums at the bottem, some users might not be able to find them.

im kind of simple, so i like them(the sub forms) at the top.
but i do find it more professional to have the rules come before anything else.

From what I saw at other forums (and it seemed to work) was that the Sub Forums were at the top...I mean yeah rules are important but IMO navigation comes before that or else the person will never find the rules for the area they plan to go to XD.

But this isn't my forum...this is XHunters and whatever decision he makes it is the law....on this forum XD. It looks good on the bottom as well...just the top to me seems better.

well, seeing how my efforts are ruthless, I guess I can lock this. If it has to be done that way, then there's nothing I can do XD.

Well its not that I don't want to add the rules before the Sub Forums, but that I can't do anything about it
