What programs should I use to make an AMV?

I don't have to many programs so I basically use freeware... but sometimes they aren't the best but I can't use anything else...
In Freeware what do you recomend to use? (Not trial or time-limit)
And is MovieMaker enough?

WMM is definitely not enough I assure you that XD....

Try Vegas.

You could also try Adobe Premiere but it's not free at all XD.
