Hey KingForte You forgot to mention that the DSi wont have the GBA slot.
Oh and it releases early 2009 for us,but thats what I heard.^^

I Know I still need the GBA slot for mine too T_T ,but thats the only flaw that I could find.^^

What?!....no GBA slot =[.....ah gee wiz XD.

Well not only that but I heard the DSi is region locked...So if you plan to import it....sorry it won't work when it comes to downloading/ media or whatever it is. This was said on G4's "X-Play".

I'm on the fence about buying one. I already have a ds and a ds lite. I would really like to get one but the lack of gba slot is a big downside for me. I don't know, maybe.

Yeah... the lack of a GBA Slot annoys me. I still have some GBA games that I like to play.

But you know, they are most likely taking out the GBA game slot because sooner or later the GBA games will not be sold anywhere but places like Ebay or Amazon... just like the Super Nintendo games...

On the plus side, I heard that you are able to download GBA games through the DS' own Virtual Console thing. It's what I "heard" not what I know.

Wow. that sounds pretty cool. Hope its true then. and I mean, the DSi is coming out pretty soon so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I think the idea is really cool, but it makes me think... are they going to start shoving some sort of memory sticks or memory cards at us with the DSi? If you think about it, downloading games to a DSi would most likely take up a lot of space, unless the DSi its self has a lot of space to it.

Nintendo can be really sneaky.
