ok, let me say this:

1. finally, a suggestion not dumb enough to get locked
2. what if we didn't need the posts, but rather we just need to login. Generic had a point on why that would work, that way you can find the user and his/her IP address, and since you have their email (i think..) you can deal with them accordingly.
3. plagarizing is also copyright infringment if the proper credibility is NOT given. If it is clearly stated, then it isn't going against anything. (just throwing my facts around there.)

Well yes, while I can see the IP of the users here and would be able to tell who downloaded what. I wouldn't be able to see the IP of the uploader over at places like Youtube, and I doubt they will just give me the IP even if I asked.
